Unable to print with a .40 nozzle on my MK3
Good Morning. For some reason I'm unable to print on my MK3 with a .40 nozzle. No matter what I try the filament doesn't extrude out of the .40 nozzle correctly (studders, prints thin or not at all) and I have to abort the job. I have the latest Firmware, updated the nozzle setting on the printer as well as in the gcode, but the same problem. I'm guessing it's some setting in Slicer? Note, when I print with the .60 nozzle and settings it prints perfectly! I don't get it.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you been able to try a second 0.4mm nozzle?

Also, check your slicer settings again.

I would try a second nozzle first, then use the stock slicing profiles.
