Hey,

what are you exactly trying to print? Is it just a wall or maybe a lithophane thing?

Clean your bed with Acetone ("refreshes" PEI) or IPA
I would try rotating the part by 90° so that the force of the heatbed accelerating can be directed along the longest side, enlargening the area of effect. After that i would increase the brim size at bit more.

@luca.w
Yes it is lithophane and unfortunately it has to be printed this direction. So i am not sure how to fix this problem.

Consider adding side supports to make it into an I-beam shape. This should provide more stability than the brim that only connects at the bottom. If it is going into a frame, then any marks left after cutting away the wings will be hidden.

Hi Steve . That is an excellent idea. Have tried over the week end but have failed. I am out of options now. I been watching youtube videos about it but all of them were successful without such model alterations. Just wondering how they do that. It is really frustrating.
