The nozzle crashes on the object - crash detected - x axis shifting

I'm trying to print this.

Slic3r Prusa edition, last version available.
PLA, slic3r standard settings, 0,15 mm layer height and 10% infill.
I've just added a brim.

1st fail: spaghetti monster after few hours printing: the brim detached from the bed.

Added a wider brim, that helped me to understand the problem:

2nd fail:

The problem is always the upper part of the wing, where I had the spaghetti monster in my first try: the nozzle hit the edge of the print and the print moved: with the narrow brim I had spaghetti because the print detached from the bed; with the wider brim it sticks but I have "collision detected"; The print ended but I've had some layers slightly off-centered in x-axis direction: so I've had a groove from one side and free "bridge filaments" from the opposite side (in the image above I've just cut away those bridges and some filaments remain).

As you can see, the previous part of the wing is printed perfectly: the error is always in the same area. How can I solve? A slower speed? Try using Cura (standard PLA Prusa settings) just to see if it works? Keep my finger pressed on the wing in order to avoid undesired movements for all the duration of the last part of the print? The problem always happens after some hours of printing, in the upper part of the wing, so by trial and error I have to start the print and wait, wasting plastic.

I've read on thingiverse people having the same problem with this wing (search "braq" to see the full model; already printed all the other parts with zero problems): they talked about the same issue - the nozzle hitting the print when printing the upper area - and they dealt with a "z-hop" function to modify, but it was referred to simplify3d (that is payware and I do not have) and I can't find nothing similar in Slic3r or Cura.

Before I do a blind try with Cura, are there some advice in order to try to print this wing in a more targeted way? Thanks.

Update: there must be an error in the stl file: I have always the same error, even if I use Cura and change the print orientation: always the same point and always the same lines. Crashes detected both on x and y axis and always the same error in the print, despite its orientation. Maybe I should divide the print in two parts and then glue them together?

not all of your pictures are showing correctly, but I think you're on the right track looking at the STL. if you post it here maybe we can take a look as well. does the gcode preview show anything interesting?

it is entirely possible to have small modeling mistakes that make certain features difficult to slice and/or print, or non-manifold sections that the slicer can't deal with.
