I have some issues with PETG and have printed many towers to test temperatures.  I used one and didn't realize that it had modified my printer settings until I had printed multiple versions.  Most recent one, with my custom settings printed OKm other than bridging across all the temperature ranges, 265 to 220.  In this image you can see a distortion at the corner which is lifting.  I notice that the filament on the edges will lift.

In a couple of articles I have read, they say to print temperature towers until you find a temperature where the tower doesn't bond properly.  I am using Prusament in these tests and have printed towers down to 200 degrees C with no issue other that better bridges.

I am printing in an enclosure for dust abatement at about 30 degrees.  The only mod to my printer is the cooling fan shroud.  I am having issues with some printing projects and need to get this sorted out.   Prints with supports close to the bed are fully stuck to the item and cannot print decent curves close to the bed as in these pictures as marked with arrows.

This is a replacement print head in September after my other one melted.

I don't want to start printing the MMU3 parts until I get this fixed.

Just for info, picture 3.  I was printing this on its side as I wanted more strength in the tabs to hold.  Comments on the discussion about this model are about the tabs breaking off.  I also printed a different project where there was a curved end and it was worse than this using all default settings with PETG.
