Tall-ish PETG is rubbing on nozzle close to end and failing.
So. This happened. 2x in a row. Same place exactly. It starts printing in mid air and globbing up on the nozzle.
I noticed that it starts to rub on the print about when the buddha neck begins. I start with prusament PETG. Then I switch to some less known brand of chinese heat/color/morphing and glow in the dark (coool!) petG filament (SHANHUI). Likely the issue is the filament and me needing to tune better for it. But im new to my prusa (this is my 3rd print). Im pretty clueless. Its like this filament is expanding more than calculated. Thoughts? Ideas to troubleshoot?
THANKS! I want my orange base Glow fredthefrog-buddha!
P.S. this is another solution (lol)
(daughters old happy meal toy head lol)

P.S. looking at photos, im going to guess overextrusion.... I'll try lowering to .90

You do realise that glow in the dark filament is one of the most abrasive and can ruin a brass nozzle is a very short space of time ? If you have used it then I suggest checking your nozzle carefully.

Noted, I do remember that. I bought a hardened steel nozzle but havn't attached it yet 😉
Which model are you printing?
Cheerio,

I hate to be the one to have to tell you this, But your slicer is actually slicing your fredthefrog-buddha as Beatrixthebunny-Buddha you might have to make a github request.
