Supports Partialy Fail Causing A Mess
I am encountering an issue where the supports that I generate through Slic3r PE are printing, but they eventually will partially fail. That is to say something will not adhere correctly and miss a few layers causing subsequent layers to extrude into air and create a birds nest that falls into the model, gets brushed off by the print head, or gets pushed to the side. The model itself usually comes out ok, and its layers, adhesion, and details are fine.
Any suggestions? I have tried going slower but I encountered the same issue. (down to 75% speed.
Prusa i3 MK3S
Hatchbox Gold Silk PLA/ Silver Silk PLA
2 perimiters, 5% hexigonal infill
Support settings the same as profile defaults for .15 detailed level.
Any help appreciated.
