Support Separation Distance Top/Bottom

I've found in playing with support separations that if I set the gap tight enough to get the tops ok, I get the bottom of the supports sticking to the (inner) top surfaces of the model.

Can I set the separation of the bottom different from the top in Slic3R?

In general I'm looking on advice for easy to remove supports with a 0.6mm nozzle, pla, and internal cavities which are hard to access.

I am not aware of such a capability using Slic3rPE. This is one area where Cura has an advantage with separate top and bottom support Z distance configuration options.
