Strange Artifact when Slicing
All,
I have a simple dual color print (second color is under what you see in pic).
I don't understand why I am seeing those small artifacts on a layer that should be just infill.
What am I doing wrong? I tried to attach the .3mf file, but it wouldn't let me.

What version of PrusaSlicer are you using? I sliced your project in 2.4.0, went to layer 1.2 and I am not getting any artifacts on that layer or any other layer.
RE: Strange Artifact when Slicing
I was able to add the attached ZIP file with the 3MF in it
RE: Strange Artifact when Slicing
You can only attach a .3mf if it is ZIPPED first.
Mk3S+,SL1S

Try this for size...

this file is set up to use Manual Filament Changes
there will be an initial filament change after Mesh bed Levelling,
then filament 1 should print the Blue Elements, of the first layer, then there will be a filament change, the red elements of the first layer and the second layer should print, then there will be another filament change to Blue, and the remaining blue elements should print, followed by a change back to red, to complete the model

Seems to have fixed the weird things that were happening!
RE: Strange Artifact when Slicing
Have you tried printing the model?
you can easily change the colours on one of the items to make them match by double clicking on the extruder allocation boxes in the right hand window

I have printed it...the artifacts are there in the GCode and print as well. It's not that it's dual color it's that the color below somehow was "bleeding into" the color above it. The view in my original image shouldn't have any of those little spots of squiggles..it should be one nice plane of infill. Updating to 2.4 seems to have fixed it.
RE: Strange Artifact when Slicing
I am glad that you have a resolution.
