Steel Sheet problems - Do not stick

What is the reason that my items do not stick to this Steel Sheet?

Is new
Is dry over with Isopropyl alcohol
Total calibration X,Y,Z
Temp: 240 and 80
First layer calibration (doesn't stick here either, regardless of how close the nozzle gets to the plate)

Uses Prusament PETG.

Standard bed temp for Prusa PETG is 85 °C for first layer, then 90 °C. At least that is what I have been using for some time now. And nozzle 240 °C for 1st, then 250 °C. Works on my MK3S+ and my MK4. I wipe the textured sheets with window cleaner (recitified spirits + 5% anionic surfactants) before printing to remove fingerprints, then I put the sheet into the printer. Have been doing this on my MK3S+ and it worked the same from the start with the new textured sheet on the MK4.

I feel I have the same problems with the texture sheet.  Everything starts fine, but more often than not something will break loose and cause catastrophe.  Switch to the smooth and never have problems.  Just now I had something fail, luckily before bedtime, but it was the cleanest sheet possible.  Just was washed in Dawn, wiped clean with my standard 99.9% alcohol, and failed a few hours in.  If you print a first-layer test it will come out perfect, always looks like things are going great.  Prints look good for what prints except where you can see it smushed a few layers together as it peeled away from the bed. I've never taken the time to really test different things, I just switch to what I know works great.

If you are switching between sheets remember to change your sheet setting, that's definitely messed me up before too!  Starts looking fine but real quick becomes bad!

Be careful with the smooth PEI and PETG.  Eventually, you will find a brand and roll that over-adheres to the plate, ruining your PEI surface.  I use a little Windex window cleaner or equivalent as a release agent.

Please don't be afraid of using something like Layerneer (or Magigoo or whatever) as an adhesion booster and a release agent.

I use Layerneer on almost all PETg prints (and ABS/ASA) and I have very few failed prints.

I can also vouch that the rumors that you cannot use PETg with certain build plates are not true.  I regularly do PETg prints with both the smooth and textured build plates with consistently good results.
