small print problem

I have the Prusa i3 mk3 printer, worked great. When I print large items only problem is stringy. I print the Adalinda, prints good but when I change the size to 34% the print is stringy. Half the time, does not stick or the left front leg removes right before the print connects to the body. I tried 5 different Hatchbox PLA 1.75mm all doing same thing. I also played a little with some settings no different.

Update:
I washed the PEI with soap and water, no change. Tried glass cleaner and Isopropyl Alcohol, no change. I moved the print to the front second from right square and tried the glue stick that came with the printer. The has 28% left to go and looks good. My new question is does the PEI sheet go bad and need replacing after so many hours of print? I have 19 days of print time.

Perhaps over years, but certainly not in 19 days. Have you done your 1st layer calibration? If you haven't, I suggest the "life adjust" method. Get the 1st layer laying down properly and it will help immensely with adhesion problems.
