Slicer/printer didn't make holes
Hello, I created an object with a hole in the center, however, when printed it did not make a hole. When I double checked the slicer, it filled the hole for some reason.
RE: Slicer/printer didn't make holes
detect thin walls is a good start. make sure that's clicked. I think its on the same tab as first layer stuff. just make sure to check it in slicer. it does seem to show if it will print or not. maybe the inner wall is thin.
I have a Prusa,therefore I research.

Same result unfortunately...
RE: Slicer/printer didn't make holes
Your STL might have errors. Try File->Repair STL file and look at the layer preview to see if your hole is present.
RE: Slicer/printer didn't make holes
you might be able to play with layer height and get it to work.

If you could post the STL file we might be able to post suggestions as to why this happened and how to fix it.

RE: Slicer/printer didn't make holes
I didn't find the reason this happened, but I ended up needing a larger hole in the middle and it printed correctly when I made it larger.
