skin surface printing

Hello

Need some help.

I have a high detailled stl file of the skin surface that i wish to print in our prusa mk3 printer.

The file is like a small layer with thousands of vertices, in a curved surface (see image), the problem is that it does not have volume enougth and is curved so we do not have support to print it. All attempts to use the prusa slicer support feature and other attemps like sketch pro did not work. Does anyone has some ideas about the software and method we should use to get the volume below this solid that allow us the printing? It should be something similar to the terrain volume creation used for maps in sketchup, but with our file it just simply doesnt work

Thank you

Peter

Does anyone has some ideas of what software orks to add this volume below the

Tools like Meshmixer may be able to extrude a bottom surface, or add edges that can be filled.  A zip of the STL would be useful to experiment with.
