Skin layers peeling off infill?
This is a first for me, my skin layer is not adhering to the infill (20%). If I leave the print going it sometimes fixes itself but usually leaves a nasty surface that feels almost like sandpaper or peels off the infill anyways. I tried slightly lower/higher speeds and temps with no noticeable changes.
I recently recaibrated the whole printer so my first layer is nice and smooth, no gaps or adhesion problems that I can see.
My extrusion/e-steps/flow is dialed in so I don't suspect under/over extrusion. I was printing some small and detailed minis to paint before this and had no problems with those which is why I'm kinda confused why its struggling with large flat surfaces. Print bed is cleaned with 99% iso before every print.
Mk3s with a 0.4 nozzle printing ESun PLA+ with a layer height of .32
Nozzle temp is 210, bed is 70 with 80% fan
Speed is set to 50mm/s in Cura which gives me an infill speed of 84mm/s and a top/bottom surface speed of 25mm/s which seems slow to me.
