Rc Plane - internal wing structure

Hello,

i am doing some test prints for a rc plane. The structure should be printed with a  single layer wall thickness.

Slic3er generates incomplete internal structures on some places (ribs).

The print looks fine and turns out just like showed in the slicer preview.

Any suggestions on what is wrong here?
