Prusament PLA Grey doesnt stick at all
Hey Guys,
I have been printing through a couple of KGs of filament so far, I have changed nozzles and leveled beds, but for the death of me, I can't get the 2nd roll of Prusament Mouse Grey to stick to by smooth PEI sheet.
I cleaned the plate with isopropanol, calibrated the heights at least 10 times by now, exchanged the nozzle, calibrated again etc....
i don't have any idea what else I can do :/

When you change nozzles the old Z calibration is void and it must be done over.
Your Z value seems a little low, a little too squished. Take a note of the current value so you can easily go back if you overshoot the level.
But first: Clean the steel sheet with dishwashing detergent (Dawn/Fairy) and plenty of HOT water, rinse well and dry with a fresh paper towel. Handle by the edges only.
Isopropyl alcohol is OK for maintaining a clean print bed but it's not enough to clear the fingerprints off a dirty sheet.
At the end of the calibration you are aiming to print a single layer *sheet*. It should be possible to peel it off in one and fold it without the threads seperating. If it breaks into lines it is too high, not squished enough. If it is a single sheet but with wavy lines or drag marks on it you are too low.
For most people it pays to use 7x7 mesh bed levelling.
Cheerio,
Please show us the bottom of a failed print and your first layer Z calibration.
