Prusament PETG strings - miniature rings

Hi. I have miniature rings which are printing just fine when printed solo, but when I put them on the board to be printed in batch, terrible strings are following the hotend.

Any suggestions how to fix this?

I'm using standard settings in Prusa Slic3r for PETG, layer height 0,05mm. The ring is about 1cm in diameter.

Thanks,

Peter

Print a temp tower & identify the optimal temperature for your particular PETG.

PETG is generally more stringy that PLA. I often clean mine up with a mini blowtorch. The strings just go poof or melt into tiny balls that are easy to pick off. Just don't get the part to hot. The strings melt WAY before the main body of most prints though. You just wave the torch over the print really quickly.
