Tested my last failed print, where it didn't print anything.

Did some more live z adjustment, because the first part of support lines sometimes came loose while printing.(see picture)

Your PEI sheet is very very dirty. That is 90% of the issues you are dealing with. Take it to a sink, use dish detergent and very hot water: scrub it with a paper towel until water sheets off. Then, dry with a fresh paper towel (should only be a few drops to dry). Handle the sheet only by the edges. Do NOT use alcohol to clean the sheet. Do not touch the sheet print surface when removing parts.

ps : As dirty as it is, it might take a couple of passes through the sink to get it clean.

That 9 pad layer one coupon test, the pads all look reasonable. Once you get the sheet clean, run it again to be on the safe side. Then try printing parts.

The things you see, won't come off, even with the alcohol.

So detergent and hot water can clean it better than 91% alcohol ?

I'll try it.

@ilja-coveliers

Yes. And if there are stains from old prints that soap and water won't remove, an occasional acetone scrub can remove old PEI oxides that build up. But that isn't needed often, and requires soap and water to clean up after.
