Prusa Slicer Setting for better top layer?

I am trying to make a game token.   It is nothing more than a disk with an eye.

Everything prints fine except for the very top layer.

This is what the print looks like.

I am just choosing the default options and printing at 0.15 quality.

I believe the default should have the proper number of solid top and bottom layers.

I know I can flip it upside down and get a very nice top, I am just wondering how to get a nice top layer as is?

Still learning slicer and I figure is a nice small one to learn on but stumped as to why the top is not better.

Try 90% flow rate.

Stupid question, I cannot find a parameter named "flow rate" Is it under a different name?

You can adjust quality by layer. Click on the icon in the top row like a stack of various thickness papers (not bottom left). Its called Variable layer height. Click the blue line on the right, it allow you to increase or decrease detail by line.

Search for movies on the prusaslicer, then you will get more info, also keep reading this forum.

Cura has ironing you could try.

In prusaslicer you can choose:  top fill pattern.

You could make  the highest layer , go over the whole model, then all lines are more beautiful, and then cut out the holes, whit small holes this works.
