Prusa Sliced #3DBenchy (G-Code) for PETG?

I like the Prusa Sliced G-Code #3DBenchy that comes with the MK3 Install kit as it gives a benchmark to aim at with your own slicer settings. This (like the other G-Code Sample Files) are for PLA..... has Prusa ever released a PETG G-Code of #3DBenchy?

FYI - Checked with On-Line support and they said they don't have Benchy (or other calibration) pre-sliced G-Code file for PETG 😥

Peter from Support did say however "I´ll let my colleague know that it would be great having something in PETG as well"

Why not make your own gcode and see how it gets. The STL files were installed on your hard disk during the installation of Slic3r.

Not exactly what you're asking for, but if you load the pre-generated gcode into Slic3rPE as a config file, you'll have all the settings the gcode was generated with. Then you can load the material profile you want to print with. I do this to generate test prints using different materials, layer heights and nozzle sizes.

It was when reading this Blog Post and in particular this para caught my eye, and thought..... it would be good to also have a Benchmark PETG model to compare with (esp given that PRUSA is encouraging the use of this type of filament).

To eliminate slicing mistakes, we will use an already sliced model: 3DBenchy (MK3_PLA_3DBenchy_150um_2H.gcode). This is called a benchmark model. In this case, it’s sliced using a 0.15 mm layer height and PLA filament settings.

Please Prusa, can we have a Benchmark PETG GCode version of 3DBenchy - eg MK3_PETG_3DBenchy_150um_2H.gcode instead of just PLA..... or one of Buddy, Tree Frog etc. Lets see what a benchmark model of PETG GCode looks like.

It's nice to have pre-generated gcode on hand to help troubleshoot problems. Testing with a print that worked previously is always a good idea. I keep a few pre-generate mini test prints on hand in a variety of materials (print temps) and nozzle sizes.

If you only want genuine Prusa hand-generated gcode, it looks like you'll have to wait. If you'd just like some "known good" tests, those are easy to generate with the setting derived from the Prusa gcode.
