Problems printing Quad Bearing
So I have been having issues printing this:

All seems to go well as it prints the raft and the supports (which I had to do in Prusa Slic3r since I could do 3- degree supports in Prusa Control)
As soon as it starts actually printing the model it fails to stick and doesn't print a round shape, here is what it looks like.

I am printing at .10 with Prusa PLA at 215 at the hotend and a bed temp of 60

If you hold the “raft” against a light, do you see light coming through? If yes then adjust your z level (go lower)

I was actually tuning my live z a bit today.
at the bottom of this is 400 and the middle is 450 and then gradually back down to 400 at the top.

I can see through the raft but if I go any lower I get the artifacting
