Problem with printing Fillamentum Flexfill 98A

I am currently solving a problem with printing Fillamentum Flexfill 98A. Model MK3s, PrusaSlicer settings for Filamnetum Flexfill 98A, layer 0.1 and 100% fill. I managed to make a few prints. Since some time, my printing is not going well and ends up more or less the same every time. I have tried all possible settings but I am unable to print. I did a complete upgrade to the MK3s+, replaced the nozzle, added cooling to the extruder, bought a drying box. None of this helps and I don't know how to proceed. Any ideas?

Is the filament wrapping around the extruder cog?

You have to back off the pressure until it is barely gripping the filament.

not sure if it applies with flexfill, but I found with ninjaflex recently that sometimes you need to increase your temp.  Swiss_cheese and I ran into an issue recently where it appeared the ninjaflex came from the factory having already soaked up humidity and it required a higher temp to get it to print at all.  it exhibited the same kind of issue.  you might try higher temp or drying it.

I actually have some flexfill 98 coming so I'll give it a try too when it comes in.

I've just finished a Flexfill 98A print for a boat owner in the local harbour - on my MK3 I undo the extruder idler completely then re-engage the screw, this time I took care to notice the point at which the cogs engaged the filament correctly ... only 3/4 of a turn of thread.

Yours will be different, you are looking for the pressure that only just grips the filament.

I did finally get this in and print a filament sample with it.  at 98A it's definitely the most rigid tpu I've printed with.  printed fine with built in profile.
