Problem with Overhangs with Prusament PC Blend

I have been trying to print out some replacement printer parts in Prusament PC Blend for my MK3S+ (I know I could use PETG, but I thought why not use stronger PC Blend).

Anyway, I am having severe troubles with overhangs. Even the "overhang" inherent in printing the seemingly small socket for a 3mm hex nut causes entire prints to fail (there is a 60 degree overhang technically when it stands on edge).

I tried an overhang tower test and it failed at around 40 degrees with the filament just "glooping" and "puddling" on top of the 35 degree portion (it looked like a "poop") until it caused the print to detach from the base.

The Bridge test seemed pretty reasonable, although ironically the shortest bridges (5 & 10mm) were by far the worst while bridges as long as 35 mm were almost perfect.

I am using the stock Prusa Prusament settings.

PLA, PETG, and ASA have all printed fine in similar or worse conditions.

The only things I can think of are:

1. Could the filament be too hot at the stock 275 deg setting? (I am using a silicon sock so perhaps that makes it worse???)

2. Could the fan speed too low? I notice that the fan speed is fixed at 20% (except on bridges where it increases to 30%)

Any suggestions?

Have any others experienced similar problems with overhangs?

Also I am using a 0.15mm layer height which I would have (naively) thought would help with overhangs since the Z-dimension increases more slowly than the maximum XY-dimension.
