Problem with 0.25mm nozzle

I have this kind of problem with 0.25mm nozzle and Prusa PLA. Middle layers raise up and wont stick, some parts complete well. I´m using Slic3r PE defaults to Prusa PLA temperatures between 190-210 celsius. What is the main reason for this kind of print error?

Did you recalibrate the Live-Z setting when you installed the new nozzle?
