Problem when slicing the model

Hi!

I want to print a model:

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4183111

When cutting "Basebox" Prusaslicer does not draw part of the model:

At the same time, CURA does not have such problems:

Prints with CURA correctly, via prusaslicer has not tried.

What could be?

Try setting External Perimeters extrusion width to 0.4mm instead of the default 0.45mm

RE: Problem when slicing the model

if the model element is thinner than the extrusion width, Prusa slicer will not attempt to print that element

today you reduced the extrusion width,
another time you may find increasing the XY Compensation value to say, 0.1mm, or 0.2mm, will help...   but this option increases all xy measurements, which may be a problem where tolerances are tight, such as the coin sorter!

Maybe you will tell me with another periodic problem:

It rarely appears, but I would like to understand. Especially the problem on the right below.

Nato ammunition!   what do you expect...  (I had a cartridge split in the Breech... Scary...   I hand load now...)

🙂

that patch looks like it may be a partial fingerprint or similar contamination.

I wash my Build plate, with Dish soap and HOT WATER, rinse with HOT WATER, and dry immediately with clean plain paper towels..., then keep your hands off the print surface!

I use a new sponge to ensure it is grease free, ~

after cleaning the build plate I DO NOT use isopropyl, or glue, or magic adhesion enhancers or snake oil...

I just print on the clean build plate

5.56 this is a cartridge box - .223 for sports shooting 🙂

Thanks for your advice, try to deprive as you say.

But why don't you use isopropyl? He is degreasing too.

I love my Prusa for the fact that no adhesives or other focus 🙂
