Problem printing with 0% infill

I am trying to print DragonLock dungeon tiles: https://www.fatdragongames.com/fdgfiles/?page_id=2658

The instructions from the vendor indicate that the tiles can print with 0% infill. However when I slice the model with 0% infill, I get a combination of solid infill and bridge infill which does not print correctly, see infill.png. The problem is that the bridge infill parts start over midair and thus do not adhere correctly.

If I slice with 5% infill, the entire layer is bridge infill across the entire model and prints correctly.

I am using Slic3r 1.42.0-beta1. Is there a setting that I can change to remedy this while slicing with 0% infill?

Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Re: Problem printing with 0% infill

No real answer for your question, I presume you have Detect Bridging enabled and haven't changed the overlap from 25%.

As an aside: for that part I'd want at least 10% infill, just for the strength needed for the clips holding pieces together.
