Problem Modeling PTFE Fitting Thread

Hello guys, I am trying to make adjustments to the filament drybox and add an attachment for PTFE fitting.
https://blog.prusaprinters.org/dryboxes-and-alternative-spool-holders-not-only-for-multimaterial-upgrade/
As my understanding, the PTFE fittings are M10x0.9 and M6x1.0, which I am trying to model in Inventor with CoolOrange thread generator.

Inventor does not allow me to model M10x0.9, and the M6x1.0 I was able to make was really tight so I couldn't insert the fitting all the way.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can model these threads? I do not mind using other software. The shape I am trying to make is really simple.

Thanks in advance!

RE: Problem Modeling PTFE Fitting Thread

I believe the M10 pitch is 1.5mm, perhaps this is why the pitch inventor is not accepting 0.9mm

could the fitting you are trying have a tapered thread? that would make it go tight whilst screwing it in!
