Printing trouble after switching from the stock grey filament

Hey all. I've had my printer about two weeks now. I have made some small items (mostly COVID stuff like door opener hooks, ear savers, etc). The initial grey roll of filament that comes with the MK3S started to get low, so I have switched to the orange Prusament PLA.

Everything I've printed with it has seemed to be much lower quality, with peeling on the starting line or around sharp edges. At 215c I was completely unable to print the head straps, changing to 225 has helped but quality is still noticeably lower than what I was printing before. Can someone take a look at the comparisons below and provide suggestions? Even at 225c I've been unable to successfully print a splatter mask. Thanks!

Clean bed with dish soap, no alcohol, then it will stick again.

Temperature nozzle to 250, then extrude by hand to clean nozzle., then adjust temperature to 215, the extrude again to lower the temperature.

with 215 temperature , extrude nozzle, see if goes straight and without bubbles(water).

Also try slower printing.
