Printing PET-G with Carbon Nano Tubes (CNT)

Hello guys,

I am printing with a selfmade PET-G with 1w% CNT as filler. I slice my parts with Cura and my printing settings are following:

  • Nozzle temp: 255°C
  • Bed temp: 90°C
  • Print speed: 36mm/s
  • Layer height: 0.2mm
  • Retract Distance: 6.5mm
  • Z Seam Alignment: Sharpest Corner

The problem now is, that the dog bone on the right is printed well, but the other one on the left side has some layer failures in it. I don't understand why. I also changed the position on the heat bed, because I thought there might be some vibrations. Can anybody help? 😀
