RE: Printing large flat lid
Have a look at this, perhaps this can help you with your problem: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-user-mods-octoprint-enclosures-nozzles/guide-nylock-mod-for-mk3-and-mk3s/
I have this installed on my MK3S+ for some years now and first layer quality is almost as even as on my MK4. It is a bit involved with installing OctoPrint, the bed levelling plugin, installing the nylock mod itself on the printer, but after the initial setup the bed levelling has been rock-solid on that printer.
RE: Printing large flat lid
First question would be is it placed flat to the bed ? or at a very slight angle. That would be answered with the project file that Diem requested.

RE: Printing large flat lid
Well that explains that. Your lid is NOT flat to the bed but angled, and not just slightly. Its about 7.5 degrees off. Use the place on face tool. https://help.prusa3d.com/article/place-on-face-tool_1781
@neophyl has it right: Place it flat. The nylock mod would make no difference.
