printing issues with round edges/corners
Hi, I am trying to print this - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4683637
I have it working pretty nicely except for the bulb/sphere at the end, its 1/2 printed and stringy. (See attachment)
Looking back at all my prints, all the rounded stuff looks bad like this, but everything else I have been able to live with it.
I converted the stl using prusa slicer, using PETG from prusa. I didn't change any settings.
What can I check/try to fix this?
thx
Joel
RE: printing issues with round edges/corners
It doesn't look like you even attempted to use supports when printing it.
post a Zipped up .3mf project file exported from PrusaSlicer, and I'll take a look and see if I can help. The .3mf file should be setup as you would when trying to print the part and will allow us to see all the settings as they pertain to the model in your project.
Note if you do not Zip the file the forum server will not allow it to be posted.

Yes, thank you attached. Can you give me more details on "attempted to use supports"? What do you mean, can you point me to documentation?
