Printing issues

Hello 🙂

I have several problem to print something perfectly and consistent.Material : Wood PLATemperature : 200°CExternal perimeter Speed : 45 mm/sNozzle : 0.6Layer Height : 0.2

Seam issu

You can see on this photo that I got some big hole on the seam.So I set my retractation to 0 and now I get much better result (next picture).

But sometimes I still have some holes (next photo). I've try Linear advance calibration but it was already fine tune (0.04 for 0.6 Nozle).

Any advice ?

Visible Line

As you can see on this picture we see a line. This line is located at the same level as the bottom of the pot.Why I get this ?

Orientation of solid fill

Can we do a circular parten for this blue infill ? When I change the type of infill it doesnt affect this blue infill.

Thanks you 🙂

RE: Printing issues

The line you see is the famous "bulge". 20 pages of discussion,  no universal solution. Just Google for "Prusa bulge"
