Printing Infinity Cube

I'd really like to print this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2848678 Yet Another Fidget Infinity Cube v2
It's coming out like the attached image. I think it clearly says to slow the printer down.
I can see the speed settings to change in Slic3r PE but knowing the values and which speed options to alter is a bit daunting.
Can I have some advice please?

You need to get your 1st layer working. Read up on Live-Z here.

Believe it or not, it was working perfectly up until Tuesday evening after I printed a giant fidget toy.
Since that point the printer has been acting odd when printing. I guess I need to diagnose it prior to getting help here.

the ridges and waves are a dead giveaway: you're way way too low

Hey, did you get it working? Just saw this post, but that's my design you're trying to print 😀 To me it would appear your bed isn't clean enough. Must be wiped down well with 90+% IPA. If you've already done that, I'd try lightly scouring with sandpaper and/or steel wool and then a wipe down with 100% acetone, then followed by IPA. Always works whenever my bed adhesion seems it is deteriorating.

Wow. Nice to see you. Actually it's a long story but I sent my kit back for a refund. It was a get-rid-of-it before you're-stuck-with-it situation during the UK heatwave. The printer changed characteristics overnight and I was too under-educated at the time to resolve all of the issues it presented.

I will be a Prusa owner again soon so will definitely be giving your design a second chance.

Re: Printing Infinity Cube

I printed this tonight on a MK3 with a 20% infill. Silver PLA. Came out almost perfect. That said I could probably do need to tweak my Live Z just a little bit looking at two hinges. Thanks for posting this design.

Re: Printing Infinity Cube

In my opinion if your prints suddenly start going bad it is more than likely an issue with a clean plate. Even if you use iso before each print eventually the print will start lifting. Then time for acetone and or dishwashing liquid. It is not recommended to use acetone all the time and it deteriorates the PEI layer.
That said your prints were looking a bit lumpy.
