How do I print in vase mode? Is it from the file or a setting in Prusa Slicer?

Easy, in the Print Settings tab select Spiral Vase mode.

sub question...i print them, but all they are leaking. Would gelp to move perimeters to 3 or even more?

vase mode only works with a single perimeter
try increasing the external perimeter extrusion width
