Printing circular objects...

Best

Always when I print circular objects, there's a 'mistake' in the whole model. On a certain place in the circular motion, the printer stops which causes a line trough the model (see pictures) Would someone know how to solve this?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards

RE: Printing circular objects...

It's not a mistake it's called the Z seam. It's where the nozzle moves up to start the next layer. There's nothing you can do to avoid it in FTM printing unless you can print your model in vase mode. on models with sharp edges, the slicer can hide the seam in the corners. In print settings, there are a number of different ways to change it,-random, rear, near, aligned, etc.-- just try them and see which one you like best
