Print troubles after > 6 months error free printing

I have currently following problems since a few days:

I had clicking noise from extruder motor and no filament was extruded. According to the troubleshooting guide I could solve the issue via the described method with the acupuncture needle. This solved the issue but now when extruding filament and during first layer printings, the filament is curling up, sticking to the nozzles and kills the print.

What I already did:

- selected different of my PLA filament types that worked fine up to now (Prusament, Prusa Basic and third party filament - all types of filament could be printed well before)

- cleaned steel sheet with 99,9 % IPA several times

- 4 times cold pull (seems to be OK)

- changed the nozzle (refer to attached picture with the old nozzle and with the new nozzle where the filament still curls up and sticks to the nozzle)

- changed the PTFE tube

- first layer calibration, several finevchanges to Z layer

Any further ideas what I can do?

Alignment of Bondtech gear is also OK. Set screw for the same is also OK (not loose).

Does that skirt in your picture adhere to the steel sheet?

Did you try cleaning the print bed with warm water and a drop of dishwashing detergent?

I found that IPA is fine between some prints, but there is a point in time where it won't help  any longer.

When skirt is meant to be the outer line outside of the main print, then yes, this stays exactly on the steel sheet.

This print was several times before printed with different filaments without any issues.

For me it seems, as if always the first "drop" of filament is not fixed on the bed, but not at the outer skirt.

I'll try to clean the bed with dishwasher detergent. Can you promote one?

Any liquid detergent (for washing the dishes by hand, not for dishwashers)  without "skin care"- additives like aloe vera will do.

Usually those with some kind of citrus-flavour are fine.

Of course, depending on the country, dishwasher brands differ. I use Fairy 'clean and pure', not only for cleaning the PEI sheet but also for regular dishwashing at home. Supposedly, it doesn't contains any kind of additives. Is that really true?. I don't know, but the stuff has no smell at all and it's colorless and transparent.

In the US, Dawn dishwashing detergent is preferred, original formula with no fragrance or additives.

Clean the sheet in the sink with HOT water and Dawn or Fairy dish soap. Be sure to use a new, unused sponge. You don’t want food residue or kitchen grease contaminating your print plate. Dry the plate with clean paper towels and handle by the edges only.

This procedure breaks down any oils from touching the plate with your hands and also helps to remove filament residue. I’ve found that eventually PLA leaves a very slick film that new prints don’t like to stick to.

For the textured sheet, I use one of those sponges with the green (or blue) “scotch-brite” textured surfaces on one side. The textured sponge has worked well on this surface for me.

I also use a toothbrush size brass brush to clean the nozzle as it’s coming up to temperature to remove any oozing filament or leftover junk from a previous print.

Best of luck!

RE:

What I did now:

Tried to clean the surface with Fairy and warm water.

Afterwards it seems to me as if the sticking of the filament to the bed is worser than before.

Now I turned the sheet to the other side that was never used before and the first print was fully fine. With the second print the same issue appears again: Outer rim sticks fine but the first real parts of the print do not stick to the metal sheet.

I don't think that after once removing a print that much oils are on a fully new metal sheet. In the past I cleaned the metal sheet earliest after ten or more prints and I did not have that much problems.
