PLA warping/adhesion issue? Corner keeps lifting causing crashes
OK so I want to use the textured sheet for the surface finish on this project. I'm printing in Inland black PLA and its been working great on everything else i've done with it. This project's footprint is a 6x4in rectangle - last i printed on this sheet was a 3in circle and it was beautiful released perfectly and has a great finish. I've followed some advice i found about these and washed it, scrubbed it a bit with a scotchbrite sponge to take some of the sheen off and help adhesion, washed/degreased again and finished with rubbing alcohol. Nope.
Tried increasing bed temp from 60C to 65 and 75. Nope.
Tried increasing nozzle temp from 215 to 220. Nope.
Tried closing the printer in a room hovering around 80F no open window, no breeze, no fan, just to try to rule out sudden uneven cooling causing the warp and still, nope.
What am i missing???

oh and i've tried it on speeds 100, 150, 200, and 250 thinking if i got more layers down hotter quicker and let them cool as a thicker unit more evenly, but as you'd guess "nope"

Good morning Evan
I suspect that you are having problems with build plate cleanliness.
I find that Isopropyl Alcohol does not always give good results, so I Wash my build plate vigorously with HOT Water and dish soap, then rinse well with plain hot water and dry immediately with Plain paper towels, and I run my heatbed at 70C for PLA
