PLA - Filament contraction

Hello!

I printed some threaded cylinder with a perimeter wall of 2.40mm (2.36mm after shrinking).

On the following picture you may notice some kind of warping on the outer part of the cylinder matching exactly the thread in the inner portion of the cylinder.

The print has no infill, I used only perimeter walls since it's 2.40mm thick.

What could cause such effect and how I can fix it?

Possible use some infill like 40% or try 90%.

There is a thread on forum about a box that is printed, where a bulge is visible  because the inside of the model, look for this, I thought they made a thinner layer, but this is not a setting, but a gcode change by hand.
