That's not melting, it's Layer shifting, possibly cause by one of the pieces on the bed coming loose and the nozzle or pinda struck it. I'm looking at the first image and it seems as though you might need to look at your first layer adjustment, the shift happened early on in the print, if your satisfied that your first layer is good then you may need to clean your bed for better adhesion. 

That's all I can gather from these images.

Thanks for your feedback, its quite strange this problem occured. Its the first time this ever happened. I am now finishing a print of 10 pieces without any issues.

To be honest, I dont know what to fix, because every other print and everything seems to be working fine :/ 
Something to do maybe with the amount of pieces I placed on the table? Or maybe just bad luck?

Check belts, check grub screw.

Check the whole printer for loose bolts etc.

You could have this because of warping, or filament sticks out of model(higher), then nozzle will hit model and layer shift could hapen.

Your first layer is possible to high, print a few cubes, and lower in steps the first layer calibration9live z adjustment).

Maintenance is also important, clean rods and put oil on rods.

Very important for printing is:

1. Clean bed, clean with dish soap.

3. First layer calibration needs to be 100%

Both settings are needed to get good sticking, and to have less problems higher up in the model.

Yup, all seems to be good and I have very good first layer and very good adhesion, what I tried today is to add more lubricant and did some calibration and belt tests to ensure everything is ok. Any other print works fine, so maybe was just bad luck :/ let’s see will try again a long print and see what happens 😉 thank you!

I'd cut the number of objects down. My printer seems to know when I fill the print plate and creates layer shifts only then... Go figure.

so there again I was solely going by your images, the edges of our sheets get touched A Lot and they tend to need to be very clean (I mean really clean) when doing a full sheet print as you attempted, to reasons for this are (1) finger prints oils from our own hands (2) the sheet isn't as hot out the outer edges, hence less adhesion, if even one edge curls or one piece shifts it has the potential ruin the entire plate. your images to me look like you suffered from these two things, I don't know the qualities of the PLA you listed either, but bad or poor quality PLA can also add to this effect.

it's just my advice based on the evidence at hand and my experience, I do know that the more of this you go through, the more you will learn, and the less it will happen to you.
