PETG Problem with Infill and Cracking sound

What settings are you using? You give no info, and what sound?
And what did you try to get it better?
Slower speed could help, the settings of prusa is if everything is 100% good, but slower is often better.
Temperature? higher or lower test.
If filament not coming out of nozzle quick enough, look if you manual extrude is it thick enough(partial clog), do you see bubbles, if print hotter it extrude more.
The high speed of prusa is often to fast, the 180 or 200 speed I use 120, and the 80 infill I often set to 60 mm, try this, less nose, less wear on printer.
