PEI damaged from large surface ABS-T prints

I do print large abs parts on my prusa mk3 pei foil surface and I always find new damaged scars (and sometimes a little bubble) on print sheet where far corners of the object were. Metal coloured scars on otherwise black sheet from where abs contracted a bit and tore pei surface with it. This happens during the print, even if I remove the object with hotbed still 80C+ hot (tried it for a test), it is already there. I tried all the things, glue, hotter bed, colder bed, raft. Even native slic3r raft that is not naturally used for this purpose, but theoretically should help. But the slic3r raft first layer creates nearly fully connected surface, which doesn't help. So, I am in process of designing custom rafts under all my models inside .stl, that would split first layers surface into not-connected blocks easing the tearing effect. Which is very tedious work, thus I'd like to ask for any alternative slicer, that would create a "raft" under the print that works just like that.

This is new bought surface, after a first ABS print on it, I didn't used any force to remove it, just a drop of IPA until it unglued itself. The scars are where edges of the object were. ABS-T from Prusa fillament. Hotend temp 250, bed temp 100 for first layer then 110.
