PEI Board PLA no longer sticking
When I first started my prints it seemed like they were sticking really well. About 5 prints later I cannot get them to stick if my life depended on it. I tried cleaning with the alcohol wipe and seemed to stick better until the last few minutes of my print. Is this a common problem does changing the filament make a difference, or is it me, the board or something else.....I'm a beginner learning lots but seemingly have a lot more to learn.

Raise your extruder to max Z and heat the nozzle up to print temps. Give the nozzle and hotend a good clean with a soft brass wire brush. (If you don't have one, order some and you could try a rag soaked with acetone as a temporary measure.) You want to remove any accumulated gunk that can snag on prints.
If (when) adhesion starts to weaken, try these things in this order:
Given that you've already tried the wipes, I'd carry it over to the kitchen sink for a good dunk and wash with dish soap. The most important thing is to keep the bed clean and avoid touching it at all costs.

"3. Wash under sink with dish soap. The previous methods are good at breaking down grease. This will wash away anything else that may have accumulated. Repeat as-needed. When in doubt, this is a good step."

At least over here in Germany, you can get that soft brass wire toothbrush in most DIY stores under the designation of "Zündkerzenbürste" (spark plug brush) for 2 - 4 Euros.

Thanks, Prusa mentioned to wipe down after every print with the alcohol wipes and about every 7 prints to wash with dish soap and 100% acetone. I did this and everything seem great again, now I ran into the same problem so tried the same fix but sadly it came loose yet again. I have a couple theories as to why and will be testing. I'm wondering if its too hot, causing warping which in turn is causing the items to unstick....thoughts?

There has been an ongoing discussion about improving 1st layer consistency by ensuring the PINDA probe is warmed to a consistent temperature before mesh bed leveling. It's been distilled into a github page here. In short: Letting the PINDA cool, then warming it up above the bed to a consistent level provides better bed mesh leveling results. You may have stumbled into the same result by different means.

I've incorporated the approach described in the Github pages in my own startup gcode, only modifying the cooldown procedure based on nozzle temp rather than absolute PINDA temp. Both seem to yield the same results IME. One bummer is that you can't issue custom messages using M117 on the Mk3, so the nozzle seems to hover forever above the bed until it warms with no information to the user. I did find I had to pre-heat the bed to 65C to ensure the PINDA probe comes up to temp on colder days.
