Outside perimeter of thin object prints better than inside perimeter - ideas on how to improve?

Hi,

I'm printing a thin object 0.6 nozzle - the object is about 1.2 mm thick. The outside perimeter prints much better than the inside permiter. I have tried 50% speed, various layer heig hts, variable layers, with the same result.

Any ideas about how to improve the print quality of the inside perimeter?

Thank you.

I´m sure you can even use a 0.8mm nozzle to worsen quality further.... =:-)

Just3d,

LOL - I'll have to get one. Sadly, similar thing happening with 0.4 nozzle, in fact finish not as good. I normally get good results from 0.6 for functional items provided these are not small.
