Orange Prusament PETG Warping Off Bedd

Hey Prusa Fam. Have gotten so much help from this forum. Hoping you can help me with this. My print seems to be coming off the bed half way through. I feel like it's warping that is causing it. Any suggestions? Printing on garolite...Setting are attached...

RE: Orange Prusament PETG Warping Off Bedd

I find Prusament Orange to be one of the best behaved PETG filaments I've used. I print it with default Prusament PETG settings on satin sheets no problem.

Having said that, I'm not surprised you're seeing issues with a large rectangular object like this. Warping is what those do. First thing is, your Live Z calibration needs to be spot on and your sheet should be cleaned with hot water and dish washing soap. Next, try a brim. Which you might have done (from the initial screenshot) but it's not confirmed by the screenshots of your settings (see note below about screenshots). Next I would use something like Layerneer or Magigoo (or even simple glue stick). If you have control over the design, rounding corners may help, as may cutting slots into the base of the model.

Also for future reference, please don't give us screenshots. It's a lot more comprehensive and easier to look at a 3mf project file, which contains not only the STL but also all your settings. Please note that it needs to be zip-compressed to be attached to a post here, because the Great Joe for reasons incomprehensible doesn't allow us to upload 3mf files.
