Odd slicing behaviour last two layers

Does anyone know what setting cause this slicing behaviour of the last two layers?

Thanks for the project.  Was as I thought.  A few verts were fractionally lower on the rim of the countersunk hole.  Dont know what you used to design it but check that the 'tool' used to make the hole is square to the face.  Even a fraction of a degree off and it will do that.

I've attached a zip with a fixed model in with the verts properly co-planar. 

One work around as its just a tiny amount is to set your layer height to 0.205 instead of 0.2.  Thats enough to catch all the verts into the same layer and it will slice fine with that.

I can tell you now that in all likelihood the top surface wont be perfectly flat which is resulting in the top layer issues.   I'd bet that a few verts around the hole are fractionally off.  Either that or its not flat to the bed which can result in the same sort of issue.  As Charles says save your project and post it and we can confirm what it is.

Dear Neophyl,

thanks for your reply and solution. I created the model in Fusion 360 and had a bad reference to another existing part that had somehow a slight angle to it. I fixed it and was also able to make a clean slicing.

Prusa i3 MK3S+ FW 3.11.0 (kit dec -20), PrusaSlicer 2.6.1+win64, Fusion 360, Windows 10

measuring tool in Fusion

I used the measuring tool in Fusion and selected the top face, then the thought to be parallel construction plane. It didn't show a distance, but the not noticeable angle between them.

I primarily use Blender.  By using edit mode you can select the individual verts and check out their positioning. 
If the plane happens to be aligned (or should be aligned) to x/y/z then making them co-planar is very easy.  Takes a second or so.   Its more tricky if the plane isn't on x/y/z.  I know its possible to do so but I don't do it often enough to do it without looking it up each time 🙂
