Nozzle getting dirty and plastic falling

Hi , I´m printing with ColorFabb XT-CF20 and using Slic3r Prusa Edition with the XT-CF20 configuration. The thing it´s that the filament goes up to the nozzle and make a ball of plastic, that after a short time falls to the piece that is being printed

Here I show the amount of plastic that is accumulated in the nozzle, and little strings and little "mountains" of the plastic that fell from the nozzle. I clean the nozzle inside and outside every time I start a print.

Now i show the final piece , and the result of the plastic that fell. The quality of the print it´s amazing but this details hinder the operation of this part (fulfills mechanical functions).

You mentioned you clean the nozzle. Do you also clean the heater block? I remove the cooling fan using the single screw up front, then carefully brush the heated block and nozzle with a soft brass brush. Keep a cloth or something on your bed to catch all the loose material. Be careful around the thermistor and heater cartridge wires. Mine's far from spotless, but I don't have anything like the accumulation of gunk you've got on yours.

I cleaned once , not every time I print something. Also, this accumulation happend while printing . Maybe the heatblock , nozzle and the rest of the hotend are not tight as it has to be?
Thanks a lot!

You don't need to clean often, but you do want to clean whenever there's a build-up. That pic of your nozzle indicates it definitely is due for a cleaning. If you don't clean that material off, it will degrade as it cooks and eventually fall off, usually right in the middle of your prints. Think of it like cleaning your oven: Best not wait until you notice it affecting what you're making.

That's exactly what I do, every time the nozzle ends that way I clean it so it does not ruin the impression, but in the course of the impression that plastic accumulation is generated and at the end of the piece the nozzle remains like this again. The thing is why does this generates in every print?

I contact with the manufacturer and they told me that these accumulation it´s inevitable, but it can be disminished changing some parameters. Thanks everyone that helped!

Re: Nozzle getting dirty and plastic falling

With every print I first wipe the bed with IPA and then use the IPA damp paper towel to wipe the heated hot end. Since following this routine my nozzle stays perfectly clean. It seems that once the filament starts building up it snow balls.
