Non uniform print bed?

Hello

I have a Prusa I3 MK3S and when I try to print a big object I can see that the corners of the print bed seem to be lifted with regard to the center of the print bed.
I attached a image where you can see that the right corner is upper that the center. In fact is so up that two pieces of the object are merged in the right corner.
Lines should be concentrical and should not touch.
This is what I tried:
- I did a full calibration(X, Y and Z)
- I did a manual bed mesh level and I lowered the corners at maximum, the result is in the same image but is still way off.
What can I do to correct this?

Thank you

Hi Victor,

I'm by far not as knowledgable as most others here, but two things come to mind:

If you did assemble the printer yourself, would it be possible that your frame is warped? The tightening of the screws on the aluminium extrusions could cause this.

The other thing that helped me was to set the bed mesh levelling to 7x7 in the printer setup. This way you get 49 reference points instead of 9.

Have you enabled the 7x7 mesh bed leveling feature provided in recent firmware updates? It helps considerably with compensating for uneven print surfaces.

Hey Victor,

I noticed the same thing especially on the first layer with large prints. I have 3 mk3/s and all of them had the same issue. Looks like from your picture the center of your bed is low causing what looks like under extrusion. The results in your picture look oh to familiar.

Here's a video I did on how I fixed my printers. Let me know if this helps.
