Nightmare personified with Prusa PETG, what am i doing wrong?

I have a hard time printing with Prusa Petg, I have Z-Offsite dialed in correctly using the live option. I am able to print PLA just fine, my benchy's came out flawless. I am using the textured sheet, and have used prusa slicer to slice the STL files. I am getting crazy amount of Stringing and burnt blob artifacts. I have tried both the option in the Slicer for PETG generic, and PETG Prusa. I am using 0.4 mm nozzle. I have tried printing with 0.6 with better success.

Have a look at the pics below. This is probably my 10th print with similar or worser results. Should I buy the Amazon Petg instead?

Feels like i wasted a lot of money, I brought a lot of Prusa PETG rolls. Should have gone with Amazon Basics instead. I read they are better when it comes to PETG.

I have had great results with Prusament.  Are you using specific Prusament settings? Prusa PETG and Prusament PETG are different.

@charles-h13

Its not Prusament, just the regular Petg i brought from Prusa store. The filament settings I am using is Prusa Petg. Not using any profiles.

If you have success with a neat profile, i'd love to grab yours.

Prusa PETG and Prusament PETG are different.

Hmmmmm ... I was not aware of that.

However, what I bought a while back was described as 'what we use in the farm', so I assume it was Prusament.  I've been using the Prusament preset with it and I've had great luck.  I've noticed some very minor stringing on some items, but nothing significant.

Looking at the photo of the bad prints above (and I'm far from an expert in diagnosing things like this) it looks to me like there's something of an adhesion issue.

Wow, those prints look really bad. I looks like the material is coming out way too hot, running all over the place, and burning.

You say PLA prints just fine and are only having trouble with PETG. Are you sure that you have PETG? Could it be PLA that was mis-labeled as PETG?

You have changed the nozzle. Is it possible that the nozzle is not properly seated and is leaking material through the threads?

Not as bad as this, but I was getting a lot of stringing and blobbing with the roll of Amazon Basics PETG I bought.  Then I bought a roll of Prusa PETG and with the stock settings it's printing perfectly.  I'm using the smooth sheet.

Just be aware that Amazon has switched from using Overture for their AmazonBasics house brand to some other firm. The new PETG spools are so loosely spooled that you have to watch when using to make sure it doesn't bind. The stuff can't knot, of course, but the strands are loose enough on the spool that I've had it get stuck between underlying wraps as I was watching it.
