Newbie problems with warping using PETG

Hi,

I am completely new to 3D printing and I am having some issue with warping/curling edges on a cube using Prusament PETG, printing with 0.4mm/0.6mm nozzle with different settings.

To test I made a 100x100x20mm cube in 3D builder, printed it with default setting and different infill % and patterns, brim 0- 7mm and skirt ,perimeter 3-12, Solid layers 4-12,  Extrusion Multiplier -+ 0.5,  -+15 degrees C on both bed (object popped off while printing at 75C) and nozzle, First layer Z changes, all in various combinations. Printed at room temperature and in the garage at 5 degrees C (A lot of warping).

I tried on texture bed and flat bed (Powder coating separated/lifted from bed at the corners when cooling, so adhesion is very good) same result. I have printed on different places on the bed to ensure that it was not an uneven bed.

I have gone through 3.5 kg of filament printing many blocks and no matter what I do, the print always warps in all corners with about 0.5-2mm depending on setting (Hot seems to give the best results 255/95 C ). ( https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/warping/ looks like blue box on top of this page. Less warping but same position/shape on all four corners).

Top layer is almost always very flat and the middle part on the bottom layer is flat. If I stop the print at 2-3mm there is almost no warp, so it must be shrinkage that is cause this.

Is it possible to print a cube like this completely flat?

If yes what should I try next to get it flat? (Fan,speed etc)

Thanks

  Martin

Im.also having an issue with corners lifting. I tried using a raft and a skirt to hold it down...it literally ripped the tape off my print bed which has never happened before

Adding photos would really be helpful. It will most likely come down to clean build plate and the first layer being calibrated correctly.

It's not a first layer adhesion problem its after the first couple layers. Im Printing larger long rectangular parts and the 4 corners keep pulling up so hard. In using 100%infill which is a necessity for the part I'm making. And its not like it peeling  away from the tape..its pulling up so hard that its pulling the tape off the plastic build table. Imnusing a mbot cube duo. Only using single filament.

Temp was 255, dont have heated bed. And printing at .15mm layers at 35mm/s

I have been doing a lot of reading and I am gonna try to put a fan on it after first few layers to help cool it as soon as it comes off?
