Need help with printing a high-resolution model in multiple colors
Hi friends!
I'm ordering a 0.25mm nozzle to print in high resolution. I'm trying to print a dogtag for... my dog!
I have created a model with the text missing from the first layer, and I'd like to print that layer first in a different color. Is it possible to configure Slic3r to first the text, do a filament change, and then print the rest? I currently have both models overlapped in the plater view, but it's complaining that the objects are too close.
Does anyone have any tips/tricks on accomplishing this? Also, does anyone have a good reference for setting up Slic3r for a 0.25mm nozzle?
Thanks!

Why yes:
There should be a 0.25mm profile in Slic3r PE, have you tried importing that?
Edit since I'm marking this post as an answer: Configuration->Configuration assistant. Under your model there will be a choice for a 0.25 nozzle.

thanks for the link!
I don't know where / how to import the profile... I'm kind of new to Slic3r 😕
