My first print - how to print vertical holes
I have a new to me MK3 and I've printed a few simple test prints that turned out well.
For my first actual print I have designed an enclosure for certain electronics. The enclosure has a few 3-8mm holes on either side. Will those holes need supports to print properly?

Save your project as a 3mf, (3mf is the format when you use Prusa slicer save as). Rename or zip it up and attach it here. People than can work with it and give you proper feedback much easier than looking at pics.

I received the information I needed elsewhere. So I'll give this print a try and see how it turns out.

To reassure you, look at this Thingiverse dice. Holes on top, sides, and bottom. No supports needed.
Bridging gaps is close to a miracle - but it works.

Wow! I had no idea that was possible.
Would it perhaps be better to print the "six" on top? less mass?

For a guy who doesn't know what he's doing my first print turned out really well. The vertical holes also turned out pretty good. There was a very tiny flat spot at the top of the holes but the tolerance was acceptable. I must say I'm impressed so far with this printer.

Mass is not the issue. Once a strand gets placed, it supports the next strands.
One thing the printer can not do - print a top hole to another top hole. That filament would be floating in air. Each filament end has to be anchored on something solid.
